Accommodation Policy

RESERVATIONS
You can make your reservation by contacting us.
To confirm your reservation, you must make a deposit equal to 25% of the total cost of your stay and cannot be less than the cost of accommodation for one day, to our accommodation’s bank account.

CHECK IN- CHECK OUT
The day of arrival is calculated in full towards the rent regardless of your arrival time.
Check-in: 15:00-16:00
(if you arrive earlier and your room is ready you can check in after consultation with us.)
Check-out: until 11:00
Early check in: after consultation with us for availability and free of charge.
Late check out: After consultation with the reservations department for availability.

For stays until 18:00 the charge is equal to 50% of the room price, while for stays after 18:00 the charge is equal to 100% of the room price. After consultation with the reservations department for availability.

For your best service, if you are going to arrive very early or very late, we advise you to inform us in advance.

CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations at least 25 days before arrival, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations from 1-25 days before your arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
In case of no-show, you will be charged the total value of your reservation.
In case of reservations but earlier departure, you will be charged with 50% of the remaining days.
In the case of a special offer package, no refund is provided.

**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank.

CHILDREN
Children up to 3 years old stay free of charge in a baby crib / bed.

PETS
The policy is flexible and based on the size of the pet and compliance with th eproperty’s regulations. So call us and discuss your situation with us.

SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel and rooms. Smoking is only permitted on the balconies.

CLIMATE CRISIS RESILIENCE END (ACOMMODATION FEE)

For your best stay and to protect the environment, we urge you to turn off lights and electrical systems when not in use, as well as to keep the air conditioner on an economical setting. Also, please use water wisely, avoiding excessive consumption.We would also like to ask you not to use the towels provided by the accommodation unless you need them. Avoid unnecessary use of towels, as this helps reduce energy and water consumption and helps protect our environment, you are also not allowed to use them outside the accommodation (e.g. on the beach). This small habit can make a big difference and ensure a more sustainable planet for us and future generations.

We would also like to inform you of an important change affecting our region, due to recent weather conditions and climate changes.
